When we started this business out of necessity to find affordable office space, it was clear that our office suite-mates wanted part-time office space so they can see the handful of clients who want to come in-person. In this age of hybrid therapy (a mix of both in-person and video counseling services), subleases for therapists have and are going to increase as this trend continues to grow.
